Rogier Walrecht is a Dutch visual artist who works at the intersection of drawing, illustration and autonomous art. His work is characterized by clear lines, a sense of narrative details and a traditional approach to images. Walrecht realizes both free work and commissions for cultural institutions, including publications, posters and projects in collaboration with designers and architects. His work is part of the collections of the Van Abbemuseum and Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen, among others, which underlines the broad appreciation for his visual language and investigative practice.
